Celeste Narganes (she/her/hers) is the Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at HubSpot, a fast-growing SaaS company with offices in 11 countries and close to 5K employees, and growing. Prior to starting this position, Celeste built the Executive Recruiting function, consulting with and helping to hire global executives with an emphasis on diversity. Celeste has 15 years of experience working with and consulting with leaders across various industries as a strategic management consultant at McKinsey and Bain & Company, along with 5 years of experience as a front line social worker working with children and their families. Her focus has always been on creating meaningful impact for those who need it most, and this focus continues with HubSpot's mission to help millions of organizations (and its employees) grow better. Celeste attended Holy Cross College in MA and later earned her Master's degree from Columbia University in New York City. She lives in Boston with her husband and two children.
