Christine Kensey is the Sr. Director of Global Organizational Effectiveness at Phenom. After obtaining her BA from Swarthmore College and publishing research in interest development and motivation for learning, she spent her early career creating innovative education programs for customers in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. She went on to earn her MA in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University. She now leverages her deep knowledge of learner motivation and her experience leading teams through major change initiatives to help leaders across organizations create the conditions for a healthy, effective, high-performing organization.
