David recently retired as the Manager of Nuclear Human Resources Group, an industry community of practice organization. He was the past HR Program Manager for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, the largest Nuclear Facility and electricity producer in the nation. In that role, David developed the energy industry models for strategic workforce planning and knowledge risk assessment, both which are being adapted by the International Atomic Energy Agency for global use. He currently serves as a consultant in the areas of Strategic Workforce Planning, Knowledge Management, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness and assessments of HR performance. In 2013, David was the recipient of the 2013 American Nuclear Society Utility Leadership Award. He has been invited to speak at several international conferences for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on Human Resource Development, Knowledge Management, and Workforce Planning. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and MBA from the
University of Phoenix. He also holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resource from the Society of Human Resource Management.
