Kim Vearling
VP, Client Solutions, Vemo

Kim Vearling currently holds the title of VP, Client Solutions at Vemo, a software and services organization pioneering the new way to do workforce planning.

In her role at Vemo, Ms. Vearling works with customers to guide them through their technical and functional implementations of Workforce Planning and Workforce Analytics projects. She acts as the named account manager for select Vemo accounts and provides expertise through all phases of projects, including change management, testing, training, roll-out, and support. Ms. Vearling also provides project management and oversight for internal development and QA resources and contributes to the planning and design of the product road map.

Before joining Vemo in 2010, Ms. Vearling held lead HRIS roles at VWR International and Campbell Soup Company. She was responsible for HRIS strategy, customer support, training, and managing budgets in those roles. She has also led global implementations of Vemo, PeopleSoft, Success Factors, and Taleo.

Ms. Vearling holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Temple University.
