Mary Martinolich began her career as a commercial banker and accountant until a family member was admitted to a local hospital with a challenging diagnosis. Watching the care her loved one received was a game changer. As a result, she has invested the last 20 years working in that very same system, Health First. As the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, she has system-wide accountability for leadership development, associate engagement, performance management, and change navigation. When the work seems unusually difficult, like this year with COVID, she reflects back on the care her family member received and it never fails to provide the needed inspiration to keep moving forward.
