The OKR process is not overly-complex; rather, it’s simply about setting goals. With that being said, it can become slightly more complex when companies are just beginning to use it (without having prior experience), or when detailed alignment is required. Yet, all of this can be learned over time. Ultimately, OKRs are highly beneficial for your company, as long as you use them with discipline and consistency.
