Paul Middleton is the CEO of 1st90, a habit-building platform for working professionals. 1st90

focus on the tasks and activities necessary to drive performance and business results.
As CEO, Paul is passionate about embedding learning “into the flow of work” by delivering daily
micro-learning along with immediate actions for learners to take and apply during their
workday. He strives to make learning business and leadership concepts simple, achievable, strategically relevant and highly applicable to the job.
Previously, Middleton worked at BTS for over 10 years as Managing Director of their West Coast
operations leading teams working with FT500 clients on strategy execution such as Nike, WalMart, Deloitte, Google, and Hewlett-Packard. He has personally facilitated the training of over
20,000 Executives and Managers.
Before attending Business School in the UK, Middleton previously worked as a financial analyst
in the Real Estate sector for Pastrobe Estates, a commercial real estate developer based in the
UK.
