As Baystate Health’s vice president of human resources operations and total rewards, Patricia's responsibilities include the design of innovative compensation, employee benefit plans, workforce planning, and strategies to address a myriad of issues that are prevalent in today’s marketplace. Patricia has over 30 years of experience in a combination of nursing leadership and practice, human resource consulting, and healthcare administrative leadership. She is a board member for MassHire Hampden County Workforce, the Organization of Nurse Leaders, and a committee member for Massachusetts Healthcare Collaborative.
