Dr. Scott Dust is the Chief Research Officer at Cloverleaf, a company whose technology platform that helps facilitate leadership development, team building, and human capital management. Dr. Dust is also a management professor at the Miami University, Farmer School of Business where he researches and teaches leadership and teams. He’s published over 25 peer-reviewed articles in academic journals and he’s on the editorial boards of the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Group and Organization Management, and the Journal of Social Psychology.
