With a background in organizational psychology, Pieter-Anthony started his career in general HR for Damco Belgium, a business unit within the Maersk Group, before moving onto a global transformation leader role for Damco’s corporate headquarters. After several years traveling to Damco’s global offices to drive a global transformation program, Pieter returned to the head office to build a global, fit-for-purpose framework and structure for training and development for Damco’s operations and customer service functions, leveraging his broad expertise and experience. Since then he has started-up and managed several functional academies and Capability building programs for Damco, APM Terminals and Maersk, where he currently heads up the Maersk Commercial Academy.
