As Director of process, experience and analytics, Jennifer leads the team that assesses and implements the processes that ensure hiring practices are in compliance with local legal requirements while optimizing for the best hiring manager and candidate experience. Her team also develops infrastructure for reporting and analytics capabilities that help Intel in attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent.
Jennifer has a BS in Mathematics and a MS in Industrial Engineering and started her career at Intel as an Industrial Engineer in 2001. She has held a variety of planning and data analytic roles at Intel, and has been in talent acquisition since 2015. Prior to this role, Jennifer established the team and foundational infrastructure that set the strategic direction, implementation and integration of diversity and inclusion within Intel’s global talent acquisition practices.
She and her husband Rob live in Portland, Oregon, where they enjoy life with her two busy daughters Abby and Chelsea. She loves downhill skiing, mountain biking, taking her daughters on backpacking adventures in remote wilderness areas, and organizing life in spreadsheets in her spare time.
