Sherrie is the former Chief Learning Design Officer for HCI. In this role, she led the design, development, and delivery of training that enables HR practitioners and organizations to be strategic, high impact partners to the business. Prior to working at HCI, Sherrie worked in Talent Management and Development at Fifth Third Bank, as a senior design consultant with the Richardson Company, and was the managing partner of ARMC, a global human resources consulting firm. Her clients have included Cisco, Microsoft, Google, Yahoo, Time Warner, Bank of America, Fidelity, Wells Fargo, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Sherrie holds a Master’s in Curriculum and Supervision and is the author of several articles on diversity, inclusion, and ethics. She has also spoken about and led workshops in human-centered design and performance consulting.
