Chan is a senior manager for knowledge and development at Community Business and is set to speak at HCI’s 2017 Inclusive Diversity Conference. Research of diversity and inclusion is relatively new in Asia, according to Chan. “The pickup is slow, but gradual in Asia’s business sectors,” Chan says. “The term is not understood and doesn’t resonate easily.”
