Stacia is a Partner in PwC’s Workforce Transformation Consulting practice focusing on enhancing and delivering exceptional people experiences and solving complex business problems for the world’s largest Consumer Markets companies, especially those that need help driving adoption with a frontline workforce. She takes pride in driving collaboration and connections across businesses and finding ways to connect the unconnected through sustainable technology.

She has been involved in a wide range of consulting assignments across a number of Fortune 500 companies with responsibilities ranging from large scale organizational change management and readiness planning, strategic communication and stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, training, user adoption, process re-engineering, and project management. She also helps clients design and implement employee engagement platforms aimed at driving collaboration, connection and retention.  

During her time as a human capital leader, Stacia has been responsible for strategic development and implementation of talent transformation & people strategies including digital upskilling, driving employee adoption through creative change management strategies as well as strategic deployment, human capital operations, compensation/total rewards and employee retention.

Stacia is able to design, implement and lead broad scope initiatives, while keeping a pulse on the ground. She is a strategic, trusted advisor with strong insight in aligning Human Capital objectives with business goals.
